One balance.
All your events.

Translation hours form a shared balance for your events. Top it up with translation-hour packages. One text language uses one translation hour per hour. Listening adds two: text and audio together use three.

Choose a translation-hour package

The confirmed packages are 10, 50, 100 and 500 translation hours. Other amounts are calculation examples. The 500-hour package costs €500 (including 25.5% VAT), or €1 per translation hour.

How would you like to top up?

Volume discounts for one-time packages are 0%, 10%, 20% and 30%. Discounts do not stack.

How long will your package last?

These selections calculate usage. You can use the same balance for different events and numbers of languages.

Text 1 + audio 0 = 1 translation hour per broadcast hour.

The package covers about 10 hours of broadcasting.

Captions in the spoken language are included. Audience members using the same language share the translation. Pauses use no balance.

The audience can read without an account. Listening requires a free Espero account.

Using and topping up your balance

Balance is used while the microphone is active, according to the selected text and audio languages. Pausing the microphone uses no balance.

One-time purchases are valid for 12 calendar months. Gift hours never expire. Package hours are added to your shared balance; each one-time purchase keeps its own expiry date.

Terms for annual subscriptions and automatic top-ups will be confirmed before they are introduced.

When your AI minutes run out

You can still send messages, get written-message translations, listen to original voice messages and read completed translations. For more speech, image or video translations, wait for your minutes to renew or choose a plan with a larger allowance.
